On January 2nd the boys swim team participated in the NW Catholic Invite and even though this invite happened during winter break, there was a great showing of teammates. 

Many teammates gave it their all and started dropping times early into the season.  Junior Ben Koala was one of the participants who dropped time in his butterfly. Along with his times, he came in first on his 100 butterfly. 

Though the team did not come in first, they had high spirits throughout the meet and didn’t let this loss get the best of them. “ the team has been working hard to improve in their individual times along with the teams overall ranking” Said Junior Ben Koala.

Many are expecting to drop time in the next meet and are looking forward to the feast of the season.
