The roar of the crowd echoed through Bishop Blanchet as the varsity football team faced off against Monroe High School. Even though the final score wasn’t in Blanchet’s favor, the energy and excitement made it a night to remember.
The game was at Bishop Blanchet at 7 o’clock, and there were cheerleaders, teachers, parents, and students all verb. The football team played against Monroe High School, and the score ended at 17-31. Even though the bears lost, it was a fun game. The football team played really hard and showed a lot of dedication.
“The student section came with really great energy in this game!”, said junior Amen Kassa. Everyone was cheering as the players gave it their best until the end.
The student section was especially lively, with chants and cheers that kept the school’s spirit high, just like the cheerleaders.“Today the cheerleaders did a great job,” said junior Sarone Fasil.
This event brought together the school community and many people came to support the team. The energy started off high, and even though the final score wasn’t in favor, the spirit of the crowd made it a great night.
