“We played a great first game against Ballard,” , said Roza, a senior at BBHS. “We are all looking forward to the season ahead and watching all the new players really get into the game”
Roza has played lacrosse for seven years prior to this current season. She is the only senior on the team and is excited to lead the ladies to victory as captain.
“I’m sad I won’t be here in the future years to see the program grow, but I’m honored to be a part of the start of a legacy here at BBHS,” said Roza.
The team has a packed schedule this season. Their next game is tonight, Friday, March 18th, against North Kitsap High School’s JV team. The game is at Strawberry Field in Poulsbo at 6:00.
