Ms. Reese-White is a dedicated coach who is beyond passionate about working with freshman girls on their developing and improving volleyball skills.

White doubles as a JVC volleyball coach and a PE teacher at Blanchet.

“It is so fun to be able to see them on the court as well as work with them in the classroom” said White. “As a teacher, I obviously love having the chance to work with my students academically, but seeing the students, and these girls in particular, is so awesome.”

Ms. White looks at every practice as a new opportunity to develop a positive balance between improving the girls’ volleyball skills, creating a team atmosphere, and having FUN!

One of her favorite things about coaching these girls is the amount of improvement she observes both mentally and physically from the team. “The girls have grown in so many many ways from our first practice to today” says Ms. White. “Not only have their skills dramatically improved, but they are constantly working together, building one another up, communicating well and taking charge of every single match.”

“I am so proud of them every single day and I am so thankful to have the opportunity to work with them! They are an incredible group.” said the proud coach. She’s so thankful for her opportunity to work with and shape these girls into hard workers and team players.
