Sydney Klooster, a senior,  joins the Miter this year as a staff writer. She gets her local news from sources such as KING 5 and KIRO 7, and national news from ABC News. 

 At Blanchet, she is varsity cheer captain. Sydney loves cheering at Blanchet football and basketball games, and getting involved in the Blanchet community. She is excited for senior year and looking forward to all the senior events. Outside of school, she enjoys cheer activities and spending time with friends and family.  

 This year in journalism, Sydney is eager to capture the essence of Blanchet through her writing for the school's student publications. She’s enthusiastic about the challenge and looks forward to creating an outstanding yearbook that truly reflects our school’s spirit!
