Jack Kingston, a Senior and first-year reporter with The Miter, does his best to keep up with local, national and worldwide events by turning to trusted sources such as Associated Press or Reuters.

Kingston enjoys sports. Ever since he could walk his whole life has revolved around athletics. Soccer –correctly called ‘Football’ — is his favorite sport not only to play but also to think and talk about. He sees himself with a career in that field one day as nothing brings him more joy than soccer. Jack is also interested in astronomy, geography, and politics. 

He hopes that this Journalism class will make him become a more creative and fluent writer. He’s always been really imaginative, so he hopes by doing things like brainstorming ideas for the yearbook and thinking of different stories for articles that he can let his creative side shine through. Ultimately he looks forward to an amazing year learning new things and helping out in every way he can with the school magazine, website, and yearbook.
